After a few years of rebuilding, Dr. Johnnie Blount and the Be the Word family are stepping into 2026 with renewed strength and focus. With anticpiation and excitement for the new year, we are casting vision. Join us in this journey to expand the Kingdom and bless those who are seeking answers and clarity.
The Vision is Clear
Kingdom Academy
Expand Be The Word Kingdom Academy courses to equip more believers in grace, leadership, and prophecy. Be The Word Kingdom Academy was created by Dr. Johnnie Blount to prepare and empower the believer to go beyond the ordinary and gain wisdom and insight into the supernatural. We have four courses currently available. They include: Building Blocks to Walk in the Supernatural, Recoginzing the Voice of the Holy Spirit, The Power Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and The Inspirational Gifts of the Holy Spirit. In 2026 we will be adding another course designed to increase our knowledge and ability to succeed in the Kingdom of God.
Missions
Grow our missions outreach in Canada, Haiti, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Belize, and beyond. We are expanding our connections and ministry in other countries. We are planning for more outreach and assisting our partners in spreading the gospel around the world.
Bible Studies
We are launching four monthly Bible studies to keep believers grounded in the Word. These weekly Bible studies will be easily accessible on Facebook and YouTube as well. We look forward to bringing you the Good News of the Gospel, and continuing our connection with all our friends and family.
Meet-and-Greet Ministry Events
Host meet-and-greet ministry events that build personal connection and fellowship. In 2026 we plan to hold even more meet and greet ministry events. Who do you know that could use a word of encouragement? We would love to meet your friends and family, and give them personal encouragement through prayer and prophecy. Outreach
Outreach closer to home. Home renovation and assistance to those in need. We were honored to help with a home renovation in Mississippi in 2025, and we are currently assisting with building a home for a long time partner.
It’s time to move from defense to declaration—to teach, build, and release with boldness again.
